A modern twist on meatloaf, packed with flavor and made with ground chicken and roasted garlic.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves roasted garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup ketchup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, parsley, roasted garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a greased baking dish.
- Spread ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy.
Notes
Avoid over mixing to keep the meatloaf fluffy. Let it rest after baking for best results.
