Ingredients
- 1 loaf of bread dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 2 tablespoons minced garlic

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the bread dough on a floured surface.

- Spread the cheese mixture along the center of the dough.
