Ingredients

  • Refrigerated biscuit dough
  • Melted butter
  • Minced garlic
  • Dried Italian herbs
  • Salt
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, dried Italian herbs, and salt.
  3. Open the package of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate into individual biscuits.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a larger circle.
  5. Place shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit.
  6. Wrap the biscuit dough around the cheese and seal tightly.
  7. Brush the tops with the garlic herb butter mixture.
  8. Bake on a baking sheet for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
