Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. Place the salmon fillets in the skillet, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  5. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Make sure your skillet is hot enough before adding the salmon for a nice sear. Don’t flip the salmon too soon.
