- 4 salmon fillets

Instructions
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Place the salmon fillets in the skillet, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Make sure your skillet is hot enough before adding the salmon for a nice sear. Don’t flip the salmon too soon.
