Quick and easy garlic butter mushrooms that are delicious and versatile, perfect for any meal.
Ingredients
- 1 pound mushrooms
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms: Rinse and pat dry. If large, slice them into bite-sized pieces.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, making sure it doesn’t brown.
- Toss in the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
- Add the mushrooms and cook until tender, about 5 to 7 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in the parsley and mix well.
- Serve warm on a plate or in a bowl.
Notes
For a kick, consider adding red pepper flakes. These mushrooms can be served on steak, pasta, or on their own.
