Ingredients

  • 1 pound mushrooms
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms: Rinse and pat dry. If large, slice them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, making sure it doesn’t brown.
  3. Toss in the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the mushrooms and cook until tender, about 5 to 7 minutes, stirring regularly.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Stir in the parsley and mix well.
  7. Serve warm on a plate or in a bowl.

Notes
