Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Pour in the olive oil and warm water. Stir until it looks like dough.
- Transfer to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes.
- Divide the dough into small balls.
- Roll each ball into a flat shape.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Mix the melted butter with minced garlic in a small bowl.
- Brush the cooked flatbreads with garlic butter.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
