Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking powder.
  2. Pour in the olive oil and warm water. Stir until it looks like dough.
  3. Transfer to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into small balls.
  5. Roll each ball into a flat shape.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  8. Mix the melted butter with minced garlic in a small bowl.
  9. Brush the cooked flatbreads with garlic butter.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
