Description

A one-pan wonder featuring tender beef, garlic butter, and fluffy rice, all cooked together for maximum flavor and minimal cleanup.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef, sliced
  • 2 cups rice
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the garlic butter over medium heat.
  2. Add in your chopped onion and sauté until it’s translucent.
  3. Throw in the sliced beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the rice and let it cook for about 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in the beef broth, then sprinkle in the salt, pepper, and soy sauce.
  6. Bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat and cover. Let it simmer for about 20 minutes or until the rice is tender.
  7. Fluff the rice with a fork and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes
