Ingredients
- 1 pound beef, sliced
- 2 cups rice
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the garlic butter over medium heat.
- Add in your chopped onion and sauté until it’s translucent.
- Throw in the sliced beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in the rice and let it cook for about 2 minutes.
- Pour in the beef broth, then sprinkle in the salt, pepper, and soy sauce.
- Bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat and cover. Let it simmer for about 20 minutes or until the rice is tender.
- Fluff the rice with a fork and garnish with chopped parsley.

Ensure beef is at room temperature before cooking and taste as you go to adjust seasonings.
