Ingredients
- 2 lbs frozen hash browns
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the frozen hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, and melted butter. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and crushed cornflakes.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
