Description

A creamy, cheesy casserole of crispy, golden goodness, perfect for gatherings and comforting meals.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup crushed cornflakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the frozen hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, and melted butter. Mix well.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and crushed cornflakes.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
