Ingredients
- 1 head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups Fritos
- 1 can diced tomatoes

Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the diced onion over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add chopped cabbage and diced tomatoes to the skillet; stir to combine.

- Cook until the cabbage is tender, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat, mix in Fritos and top with cheese, letting it melt before serving.
