Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 packet of taco seasoning
- 2 cups of Fritos
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the diced onion and bell pepper until the beef is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
- Drain excess fat and stir in the diced tomatoes and taco seasoning, mixing well.
- Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet and cook until it has softened, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the Fritos and mix thoroughly, allowing flavors to meld.
- Top with shredded cheese and cover until melted and gooey.
