Description

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1 packet of taco seasoning
  • 2 cups of Fritos
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the diced onion and bell pepper until the beef is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
  2. Drain excess fat and stir in the diced tomatoes and taco seasoning, mixing well.
  3. Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet and cook until it has softened, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in the Fritos and mix thoroughly, allowing flavors to meld.
  5. Top with shredded cheese and cover until melted and gooey.
