Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: Dice the mangoes, bell pepper, and onion.
- Finely chop the jalapeño and cilantro.
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Add lime juice and salt.
- Toss well to mix.
- Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
Notes
Make sure to use ripe mangoes for the best flavor. Adjust the jalapeño amount according to your heat preference.
