Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

  4. In the same skillet, add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until translucent.
