Ingredients
- Fresh green beans

Instructions
- Blanch the fresh green beans in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the blanched beans, fresh herbs, and chopped vegetables.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
