Description

Easy and delicious roll ups filled with roast beef and provolone, served with a savory beef broth dip.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a slice of roast beef and a slice of provolone cheese on each triangle.
  5. Roll up the dough starting from the wide end.
  6. Place the roll ups on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with the beef broth mixture for dipping.
