Ingredients
- 1 lb sausage
- 6 eggs
- 4 cups potatoes, diced
- 2 cups cheese, shredded
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the sausage until browned.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs and mix in milk, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the potatoes, cooked sausage, and cheese in a greased baking dish.
- Pour the egg mixture over the layers.
- Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes until set and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
