Ingredients
- 12 oz pasta (your favorite kind)
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or any cheese)
- 1/2 cup cream (heavy cream)
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, sauté onions and bell peppers until they soften.
- Add Rotel tomatoes, cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and stir to coat.
