Ingredients

  • 4 English muffins, chopped
  • 6 large eggs
  • 8 oz Canadian bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup hollandaise sauce
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a greased baking dish, layer chopped English muffins and Canadian bacon.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the muffins and bacon.
  4. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden.
  7. Serve warm with hollandaise sauce and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Use day-old English muffins for better texture. Feel free to add your favorite toppings or prepare the casserole the night before to save time.
