Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (for frosting)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for frosting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Whisk until combined.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread the sliced strawberries over the dough, then sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Roll the dough tightly from one side to the other.
- Cut into 1-inch rolls and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, mix together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Let the rolls cool slightly before drizzling with the cream cheese frosting.

Notes
For a lighter frosting, you can use yogurt instead of cream cheese. Experiment with different fruits if desired.
