  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (for frosting)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for frosting)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Whisk until combined.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  6. Spread the sliced strawberries over the dough, then sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
  7. Roll the dough tightly from one side to the other.
  8. Cut into 1-inch rolls and place them in a greased baking dish.
