Ingredients
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies
- ½ cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil water and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, green onions, garlic powder, and seasonings.
- Fold in the drained spaghetti until evenly coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm.
