Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable of your choice for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides.
- Stir in the rice and chicken broth. Bring everything to a simmer.
- Pour the cream of chicken soup over the chicken and rice.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and transfer to the oven.
