Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 pita breads
- Toppings: lettuce, tomatoes, and tzatziki sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken, bell peppers, zucchini, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and veggies are tender.
- Warm the pita breads in the oven or on a skillet.
- Assemble the pitas by filling each with the chicken and vegetable mixture.
