Description

A quick and satisfying stir fry featuring crispy potstickers and fresh vegetables, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen potstickers
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, chopped


Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Once hot, add the frozen potstickers in a single layer and sauté for 5 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown.
  3. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and minced garlic. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Pour the soy sauce and sesame oil over the mixture and stir well. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onion.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. Can freeze for 2 months; thaw overnight before reheating.
