A quick and satisfying stir fry featuring crispy potstickers and fresh vegetables, perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 package frozen potstickers
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 green onion, chopped
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the vegetable oil.
- Once hot, add the frozen potstickers in a single layer and sauté for 5 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown.
- Add the broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and minced garlic. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Pour the soy sauce and sesame oil over the mixture and stir well. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onion.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. Can freeze for 2 months; thaw overnight before reheating.
