Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 1 cup creamy sauce (like cream of chicken soup)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, creamy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  4. Tear the biscuit dough into pieces and place them over the top of the chicken and vegetable mixture.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
