Description

A delightful and nutritious treat, these Easy Frozen Yogurt Bites are perfect for a snack, dessert, or post-workout boost. They’re customizable and can fit various diets.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup THICK Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • 3 tbsp cashew butter or almond butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup (add another tbsp if needed)
  • 3 tbsp of your favorite protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Good pinch of sea salt
  • Handful of cacao nibs (optional)
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, nut butter, maple syrup, protein powder (if using), sea salt, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  2. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  3. Pour the mixture into your selected mold, filling each compartment about two-thirds full.
  4. In a small bowl, combine coconut oil and chocolate. Melt using a double-boiler or microwave until smooth.
  5. Spoon melted chocolate on top of each yogurt-filled compartment.
  6. Freeze for 3-4 hours. Once frozen, remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

For best results, use thick yogurt and feel free to customize mix-ins. Adjust sweetness according to taste.
