Ingredients
- 2 cups diced chicken
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine diced chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Place biscuits on top of the chicken mixture evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown and filling is bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
