Description

A warm and comforting pot pie featuring a golden-brown biscuit crust atop a rich filling of chicken and mixed vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced chicken
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine diced chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Place biscuits on top of the chicken mixture evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown and filling is bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
