Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece gently with your fingers or a rolling pin.
- Add 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce to the center of each flattened biscuit, followed by mozzarella cheese and a few mini pepperoni slices.
- Fold over the biscuit dough, pinching the edges securely to seal.
- Place the pizza bombs in the air fryer basket with the seam side down.
- Brush the tops with melted butter, then sprinkle on garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
