Quick and easy brownies made with ripe bananas, peanut butter, and cocoa powder for a guilt-free dessert.
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 120 grams (1/2 cup) creamy peanut butter
- 50 grams (1/2 cup) cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a 15 cm x 15 cm (7 inch x 7 inch) brownie pan by lining it with parchment paper.
- Mash the 3 ripe bananas in a large bowl until completely smooth.
- Add the creamy peanut butter to the mashed bananas and stir until smooth and well combined.
- Sift in the cocoa powder and mix until fully blended.
- Transfer the brownie batter to the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 22 to 30 minutes, checking for doneness after 22 minutes.
- Once baked, allow the brownies to cool completely at room temperature before slicing into squares.
Notes
For added flavor, you can mix in chocolate chips or nuts. Ensure bananas are ripe for optimal sweetness.
