  • Frozen dumplings
  • Instant ramen noodles
  • Eggs
  • Fresh spinach
  • Chicken broth
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and carefully add the eggs. Cook for 6-7 minutes for a soft-boiled consistency. Transfer to an ice water bath, cool, peel, and halve.
  2. In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a simmer. Add soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to meld flavors.
  3. Add frozen dumplings to the simmering broth. Cook for 8-10 minutes until heated through.
  4. Introduce instant ramen noodles, cooking for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  5. Add fresh spinach to the hot broth, wilting for 1-2 minutes until bright green.
  6. Serve by dividing noodles, dumplings, and spinach into bowls. Ladle hot broth over each and top with soft-boiled eggs, green onions, and black sesame seeds.
