Ingredients
- Frozen dumplings
- Instant ramen noodles
- Eggs
- Fresh spinach
- Chicken broth
- Soy sauce
- Sesame oil

Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and carefully add the eggs. Cook for 6-7 minutes for a soft-boiled consistency. Transfer to an ice water bath, cool, peel, and halve.
- In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a simmer. Add soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to meld flavors.
- Add frozen dumplings to the simmering broth. Cook for 8-10 minutes until heated through.
- Introduce instant ramen noodles, cooking for 2-3 minutes until tender.
- Add fresh spinach to the hot broth, wilting for 1-2 minutes until bright green.
- Serve by dividing noodles, dumplings, and spinach into bowls. Ladle hot broth over each and top with soft-boiled eggs, green onions, and black sesame seeds.
Notes
Use high-quality chicken broth for maximum flavor. Experiment with different types of dumplings and toppings for variety.
