Description

Ingredients

  • Frozen dumplings
  • Instant ramen noodles
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp black sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Boil water and cook the eggs for 6-7 minutes, then transfer them to an ice water bath to cool. Peel and halve the eggs.
  2. In a large pot, simmer chicken broth and mix in soy sauce and sesame oil.
  3. Add frozen dumplings to the broth and cook for 8-10 minutes until they float.
  4. Add instant ramen noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  5. Stir in fresh spinach for 1-2 minutes until wilted.
  6. Serve in bowls with broth, topped with eggs, green onions, and black sesame seeds.
