Ingredients
- Frozen dumplings
- Instant ramen noodles
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
Instructions
- Boil water and cook the eggs for 6-7 minutes, then transfer them to an ice water bath to cool. Peel and halve the eggs.
- In a large pot, simmer chicken broth and mix in soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Add frozen dumplings to the broth and cook for 8-10 minutes until they float.
- Add instant ramen noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
- Stir in fresh spinach for 1-2 minutes until wilted.
- Serve in bowls with broth, topped with eggs, green onions, and black sesame seeds.
