Quick and easy chocolate balls made with dark and milk chocolate, pistachios, and cream, perfect for impressing guests or satisfying your sweet tooth.
Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g milk chocolate
- 1 cup crushed pistachios
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt the dark and milk chocolate together with the cream and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then fold in the crushed pistachios.
- Once cool enough to handle, form the mixture into small balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy your Dubai chocolate balls.
Notes
Feel free to substitute ingredients, such as using white chocolate instead of dark chocolate or coconut oil instead of butter.
