Description

Quick and easy chocolate balls made with dark and milk chocolate, pistachios, and cream, perfect for impressing guests or satisfying your sweet tooth.


Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g milk chocolate
  • 1 cup crushed pistachios
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, melt the dark and milk chocolate together with the cream and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then fold in the crushed pistachios.
  4. Once cool enough to handle, form the mixture into small balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until set.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy your Dubai chocolate balls.

Notes

Feel free to substitute ingredients, such as using white chocolate instead of dark chocolate or coconut oil instead of butter.
