Description

A delicious and spicy dish featuring chicken marinated in soy sauce and tossed with vibrant vegetables and chili sauce, perfect for lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3-4 green chilies, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces with soy sauce and cornstarch; marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat, add the marinated chicken, and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, and chopped green chilies; cook for a few minutes.
  4. Add bell pepper and sauté until slightly tender.
  5. Stir in chili sauce, vinegar, and salt; cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, coat chicken in more cornstarch before frying. Adjust the spice level by modifying the amount of green chilies.
