A delicious and spicy dish featuring chicken marinated in soy sauce and tossed with vibrant vegetables and chili sauce, perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3-4 green chilies, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces with soy sauce and cornstarch; marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat, add the marinated chicken, and sauté until golden brown.
- Add garlic, ginger, and chopped green chilies; cook for a few minutes.
- Add bell pepper and sauté until slightly tender.
- Stir in chili sauce, vinegar, and salt; cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
Notes
For extra crispiness, coat chicken in more cornstarch before frying. Adjust the spice level by modifying the amount of green chilies.
