Description

A refreshing and creamy dill pickle pasta salad that combines comfort food with bold flavors, perfect for picnics, barbecues, or weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup pickle juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and cool.
  2. Chop the dill pickles, red onion, and celery into small pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, mix diced pickles, red onion, celery, mayonnaise, pickle juice, and garlic powder until smooth.
  4. Gently fold cooled macaroni into the dressing mixture.
  5. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
