Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup dill pickle juice
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in dill pickle juice for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and coat each piece in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet with space in between each piece.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
