Description
Delicious deviled eggs topped with crispy bacon, perfect as a crowd-pleasing appetizer.
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
- Fresh chives for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in cold water and peel them.
- Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mix yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Top with crumbled bacon and chives.
Notes
Add bacon right before serving for maximum crunch.
