Description

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
  • Fresh chives for garnish


Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs in cold water and peel them.
  3. Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  4. In a bowl, mix yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  6. Top with crumbled bacon and chives.
