Ingredients

  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup pickles, diced (dill or sweet)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped pickles, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until everything is well blended.
  2. Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture over the tortilla.
  3. Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other to form a log.
  4. Slice the rolled tortilla into bite-sized pinwheels.
  5. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
