Ingredients
- 4 flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup pickles, diced (dill or sweet)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped pickles, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until everything is well blended.
- Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture over the tortilla.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other to form a log.
- Slice the rolled tortilla into bite-sized pinwheels.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
