Incredibly simple and scrumptious strawberry cookies, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.
- If desired, fold in white chocolate chips.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop out cookie dough and roll into balls.
- Roll each ball in powdered sugar and place on ungreased baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
- Let cookies cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
