An easy and delicious casserole made with just five ingredients, perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 2 cups cooked pasta (such as elbow macaroni or rotini)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef or turkey over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes (with juice) and cream of mushroom soup. Mix well and remove from heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the meat mixture with cooked pasta and half of the shredded cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9Ă—13 inch baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

Let the casserole rest for five minutes before serving for cleaner slices.
