Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground beef
- 4 cups potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, mix beef broth, heavy cream, thyme, and paprika.
- In a greased baking dish, layer half of the potatoes, half of the cooked beef, and half of the onion. Pour half of the cream mixture over the layer. Repeat the layers.
