A quick and easy Chicken Lo Mein recipe that’s customizable and mouth-watering.
Ingredients
- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken slices to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Add the cooked lo mein noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce to the pan. Toss everything together.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
