Description

A quick and easy Chicken Lo Mein recipe that’s customizable and mouth-watering.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz lo mein noodles
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken slices to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Add the cooked lo mein noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce to the pan. Toss everything together.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
