Ingredients

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the pureed strawberries, cake crumbs, and cream cheese until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and butter together until smooth.
- Dip each cake ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Roll in sprinkles or crushed nuts if desired.
- Place truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
