Ingredients

  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the egg, vanilla, and almond extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients to form a dough.
