Ingredients
- 8 ounces pasta (such as bowtie or penne)
- 1 large cucumber, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and let it cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, and dill.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
For a healthier option, use whole grain pasta. This salad can be made ahead of time for best flavors.
