Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
  • 1 cup spinach (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil or butter (for greasing the pan)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish with olive oil or butter.
