Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
- 1 cup spinach (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon olive oil or butter (for greasing the pan)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish with olive oil or butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until light and fluffy.
- Stir in the diced ham, shredded cheese, and spinach if using. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared pie dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
