Ingredients
- 1 (15oz) can chickpeas (or 1 ½ cups cooked chickpeas)
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse and drain the chickpeas, then pat them dry.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chickpeas, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and sesame seeds.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until crunchy, stirring halfway through.
- Allow to cool before serving.
