Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can white beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 cups macaroni pasta
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add the cooked chicken, white beans, corn, diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, chicken broth, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 360 minutes (6 hours) or high for 240 minutes (4 hours).
- About 30 minutes before serving, add the macaroni pasta to the crockpot.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese just before serving.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
Ensure to use pre-cooked chicken and add the macaroni at the correct time to avoid overcooking.
