  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • Optional: Crispy bacon, for topping

  • Optional: Sour cream, for topping
  • Bread or salad, for serving


Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine chicken breasts, diced potatoes, onion, garlic, and chicken broth.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, shred the chicken in the pot and add heavy cream.
  5. Stir well and let it continue to cook.
  6. Serve hot, topped with crispy bacon, shredded cheese, and a dollop of sour cream as desired, alongside warm bread or a fresh salad.

Notes
