Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Whisk until blended.
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot and pour the cream mixture over them.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
- Cover the crockpot and set to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken in the pot and stir it into the gravy.
- Serve hot with rice or mashed potatoes, garnishing with fresh parsley.
Notes
For a thicker gravy, remove some liquid in the last hour of cooking and reduce on the stove. Don’t forget to sear the chicken for extra flavor.
