Description

A one-pot wonder filled with tender chicken, vibrant broccoli, and gooey cheese over a bed of rice, perfect for family dinners and cozy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In the Crockpot, place the chicken breasts at the bottom.
  2. Add cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
  4. Once cooked, shred the chicken in the pot using two forks.
  5. Stir in the cooked rice, broccoli florets, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with extra cheese and fresh herbs if desired.
