Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Add chicken, heavy cream, chicken broth, butter, Cajun seasoning, and garlic powder to the crock pot.

  3. Shred Chicken: Remove the chicken, shred it using two forks, and return it to the crock pot.
  4. Add Pasta: Stir in the uncooked penne pasta. Cover and cook on high for 20–30 minutes, or until the pasta is tender.
