Instructions

    • Bowl 2: beaten eggs
    • Bowl 3: Panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning
  3. Bread the Chicken: Dredge chicken in flour, then dip in eggs, then press into the Parmesan-Panko mixture until well coated.
  4. Cook the Chicken: Pan-fry in olive oil for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy, or bake at 425°F (220°C) for 18–22 minutes until cooked through and crisp.
