- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Pound chicken breasts to even thickness and season with salt and pepper.
- Set Up Dredging Stations:
- Bowl 1: flour
- Bowl 2: beaten eggs
- Bowl 3: Panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning
- Bread the Chicken: Dredge chicken in flour, then dip in eggs, then press into the Parmesan-Panko mixture until well coated.
- Cook the Chicken: Pan-fry in olive oil for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy, or bake at 425°F (220°C) for 18–22 minutes until cooked through and crisp.
- Make the Garlic Sauce: In a skillet, sauté garlic in butter and olive oil until fragrant. Add cream and chicken broth, simmer until slightly thickened. Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve: Pour warm garlic sauce over crispy chicken and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot.
